note for me, and as a keep-alive.

motions may be made by any active member. a list of all current motions will be displayed on the motion review page, with a link to archives (filters for pass/fail/expire/etc). when a motion is seconded from this page, it will show up in the active motion block on the school meeting page. if a motion goes for two weeks with no second, it expires. if a motion is seconded, it goes for discussion for one week, then if not withdrawn, it goes for vote for another two weeks. a vote may be changed until the expiration time. all votes may be viewed by an active member, unless the motion has been marked private (by the person who made the motion, or by the chair).
